Rings

I have an obsession with shoes and rings. I think they're pretty even now.

I used to hate wearing rings because they were uncomfortable, they'd get in the way and I used to bite my nails pretty chronically- so I didn't want to draw any attention to the so called nails I had left on my fingers. Now my nails are healthy and I love rings and I love nails polish. Biting my nails was a really good habit to kick. Though now I have an expensive habit (gosh, I sound like a drug addict). My expensive habit being, buying nail polish all the time and buying rings almost just as often. So realistically I traded a free habit for a more expensive option. It was for the better.

ManiaMania and Billy Bride rings are basically the greatest rings created. There is also a few YSL rings i would like in my collection. I was hoping Santa might treat me to a ring this year...After all I have been nice. I'm not sure if Santa will buy me a statement ring,  he knows I have other things I want more than a ring. NB: Santa in this situation is my boyfriend.

Thursday the 11th...

Today was a good day! Shari and I had the day off, so we spent it together. We normally have conflicting schedules so it was good to finally have a whole day together.

We did typical friend things like gossiped over coffee, ate sushi, she teased my chopstick using ability, drank extra hot green tea, laughed and laughed, took photos, stole mayonnaise sachets, spied on a wedding, saw cute duckies (secretly wanted to take one home), got a parking ticket, went for a walk...And lots of other fun things.

I made her let me take photos of her and her outfit. By the end of it she had the photo posing down pat. Such a good little model.

So that was our day.

Shout out: Happy birthday to my friend Ceda! Hope you had the best day.

Meet Bart

 

This is Bart, as my heading implies. He's Jonathan's new toy, but i think he is really cool too. So, we're going to get a few different other figurines like this one and do some art work on them... Well it was Jonathan's idea..But now I want to do it as well.

I think they're cool pieces to have around the house. We both have similar taste when it comes to it comes to decorating- which is awesome. We like our house to have an artistic feel rather than a show home feel. There's a few sites out there that showcase customised versions of them!

Weekend, please don't be over. I had way too much fun. There seriously isn't enough days in the weekend. 

Thought I would post a long/ overdue outfit post. 

I am glad to be in dresses and showing skin. I don't envy the northern hemisphere blogs at all. I'm glad it's edging on summer.

I picked up the CUTEST fox necklace today. It was from the vintage markets. I also picked up a something, something for my 100th follower on my Facebook! I hope she loves it as much as i do!
