My favourite thing to wear lately seems to be these vintage boyfriend jeans. They are fully worn in now and just so soft. I really like how the lace of my top juxtaposes the denim. I also like that the lace isn't too girly, due to the studded outline. I guess you could say it's the perfect mixture of girly tomboy?

I'm all packed for Sydney and I am ready to rock and/or roll.

Love Aesthetics Splat Nails

Ivania is a genius. I love that she can take simple ideas and put them in to practice.

Her steps, and I quote: "After applying a base color, dip a very thin straw into a different color of nail polish for the splatters. Aim for your nails and blow through the straw! Afterwards, remove the splatterings around your nails with a q-tip and some nail polish remover and you're done!"

I think they look so beautiful!

Only two more days til we go away!! I have a serious problem with packing. I never know what to pack, so then I always find myself over packing, and then when it comes time to weigh the bags at the airport I'm like 6-8 kilos over our allowance. Who would have thought chunky, Jeffrey Campbell shoes and heavy jackets could weigh so much? This is what happened last time. So this time, I'm going to get this packing thing down pat (purely because it's super uncomfortable wearing 4 layers of clothes on an hour flight...)

I have a bit to organise with my work before I go away, but I will be working while we're away as well. My work is fun so it never feels like a burden. I also will be trying to do a little buying trip for WHO KILLED BAMBI! So if you have any suggestions as to where the best vintage and op-shops are around the Central Coast and Sydney let me know!

Even though I am no longer

They say that the Amazon represents over half of the planet's remaining rainforests. But I have reason to believe that the location of these photos would give it a run for it's money (of course I am joking). But the amount of vines, shrubs, ferns and high trees was pretty damn amazing.

One of our most favourite things to do on the weekends is pack the camera and drive until we find somewhere remote and take photos - whether it be for my blog or just for fun.

I have a pretty busy week this week and then I am off to Sydney on Friday for a week. In much need of a family catch up. I miss them!
