the true wheel
I didn't know whether to post on these or not....
I went on a solo op-shopping adventure today and I found these one season old Siren heels for $12. They're in perfect condition and I really can't work out why someone threw these out. I happily handed my card over to the lady to pay for them considering they retailed at about $180-$200.
I'm still not 100% sold on them but for $12 it doesn't really matter. I remember when I saw them in Myer a while back I really wanted them in brown and I was thinking at the time "they're okay for Louis Vuitton knocks". (You would have seen Madonna is the ever so controversial LV campaign wearing the LV/ original version of these heels).
I'm off to Sydney tomorrow - Just a short stint, but it will be wicked to get away from the GC.

I remember you
I couldn't even tell you the amount of time I have been looking for the softest black ripped jeans. It's been at least two winters. Some that I loved were the right fit but they were that hard, tough denim and the rips were a little more skank then fashion. Finally I realised I had these old black jeans from High School still. They were my favourite jeans in 2006-2007. Since then, they have faded to a charcoal colour from too much wearing and washing and I thought at the time it was silly to wear jeans that had faded that much. I thought that my friends and other people would know they were old. When we moved a few weeks ago I fell right back in love with them. This time I loved that they had faded, as I didn't want a pair of really dark black jeans. I wanted the faded look. I cut some slits and frayed them up and voila - I now have the perfect pair of ripped jeans and it didn't cost me any extra money. Yay for being a hoarder of clothes.
So here is a looked at my masterpiece. They are even more comfy then I remember, which I never thought was possible and when teamed with my Ksubi singlet I picked up from David Jones last weekend - I am dressed head to toe in comfort. I seem to be doing that a lot lately...Dressing for comfort as well as style. I am still loving pops of red as well. I can't seem to go a day with out wearing my YSL lipstick. I think I have a serious addiction....Maybe it's time to go shopping for some cosmetics. What are your favourites at the moment?
I picked this scarf up op shopping not long ago. It reminded me of a Gucci scarf when i first lay eyes on it - but I bought it because of the colour. Gives that much required pop of colour to this outfit.
HAPPY TUESDAY LOVERS,

The Memoirs - we are handsome.
As many of you know I blog for Swimwear brand WE ARE HANDSOME, as well as my own personal blog. If you didn't know this or you haven't heard of WE ARE HANDSOME you A) don't have an internet connection or access to magazines B) have been living in Siberia or C) live a very, very sheltered life.
You can catch my other post here about their previous collections, because right now I am introducing you to their NEW, AHHHMAZING collection "The Memoirs". It features wolves, horses, balloons, the beach, a winter resort landscape and the cutest owl I have ever laid eyes upon.
When I first viewed the collection I found it so hard to pick a favourite and now days later I am still finding it hard. How can you choose a favourite when they're all your favourite? Team Handsome you have made this very hard.
Loving the addition of apparel as well. Those leggings would be the perfect addition to my winter wardrobe.
If you'd like some stunning WE ARE HANDSOME dresses, leggings or gorgeous swimwear check out their website for a stockist near you ( and while you're there check out the rest of the collection), until then keep daydreaming.

Wanderlust
Heya!
How was your Saturday? Wicked I hope. Jonathan and I went for a drive down the coast and were there until the afternoon. We wrapped up shooting most of our stock for our UP AND COMING store. * SIGH OF RELIEF * Man it is going to be tough to choose the final images.
I thought while we had the camera out we'd take some quick outfit shots of what I wore today. We didn't get many but the ones we got I really like! The Winter woollie featured is a little vintage number I picked up a few weeks ago. It is so old yet it still had a tag on it. I Googled the tag and the designer and it dated back to the early 80's. It amazes me that the tag was still attached - because quite frankly I think it is one hell of a cardigan, obviously the previous owner didn't think so.
Have a awesome night! We're staying in for some dinner and a movie. Perfect! I love my nights in. I feel like we really need to just relax and chillllll out! My sister and her friend are coming up tomorrow so I am super excited to see her! I haven't seen her since Christmas! (I have two sisters, so no it's not the one that was just featured on my blog!)
