Lucky ones

I realised last night that there has been a lack of outfit posts on The Unknown Pleasures. What's with that? I mean, It is a fashion blog, isn't it? So here I am cowering. I am on my knees (no I'm not going to kiss your feet) asking for forgiveness (I guess?) - I 'll try and take more photos of what I am wearing!

I am wearing a vintage dress with a Zara knit over it, Lovisa necklace and Wittner shoes....Oh and new hair (can't forget the star of the outfit)

Stylestalker have just released their new collection - Come as you are. You've probably seen the images circulating, but I could not, not show you! The lookbook photos are absolutely stunning. The location was perfect and the photography was outstanding....And of course Alex from 4th and Bleeker looks beautiful as always.

FEB PHOTO A DAY

I'm getting so excited for the February Photo A Day Challenge! I didn't get to do the January challenge - so I have been hanging out 20 or so days ( I saw the challenge 10 days late - I do realise there's 31 days in Jan) for January to finish the hell up so I can go crazy with my phone in Feb!

Paris!

Paris! The fourth and final city for the season. So let's take a look at some of my favourite street style photos and take note of how catwalk trends translate to the streets of Paris!

1. 1. I don't think the The Clarins sister's can do any wrong. I didn't notice until now they have featured twice in my collage. Number 1 and number 7.
2. 2. Over-sized jumper teamed with boyfriend jeans and a statement necklace. What a winning outfit - on several accounts.
3. 3. Soft pastels and glitter heels. A perfect on-trend girly outfit. That clutch is beautiful.
4. 4. I am all for peterpan style collars and being able to wear summery shorts with jackets. 
5. 5. Love a good printed tee. I would wear this outfit head to toe. Accessorised perfectly.
6. 6. Anna Dello Russo showing us how to wear a mini dress. What a beautiful cut this one is.
7. 7. As mention in point number one - The Clarins sister's know how to dress. Each of their outfits in this photo is executed perfectly. 
8. 8. I have a soft spot for red at the moment - so it's a given I like this. Plus I love seeing people colour block. I just wouldn't wear it...
9. 9. That hat. Enough said.

Summertime sadness

I won't bore you with me complaining about the weather - all I will say about it is, that it has forced me to dress for comfort. There's nothing worse than already feeling gross from the weather and wearing something that isn't season appropriate. So cue vintage boyfriends jeans, loafers and an oversized tee. Some might call an outfit like this "man repelling" or whatever you wish to call it. But seriously the jokes on you if you're out in your best shoes and finest designer outfit with this forecast. If that car splashed you on the foot path  - you probably deserved it.
