Après Ski

Some really fun/geometric necklaces by Après Ski. I love the shimmering gold and silver against the mother of pearl, the soft pale blue and the deep pink. This collection seems to be priced well at around ₤40 - I was totally surprised with this price, so this make me like them that little bit more! The diamond shaped necklace (bottom right image) is their take of an ice-cream!

In another collections from Apres Ski, you will find cute delicate animals and various objects from nature - they're still okay, but i am completely in love with the geometric shaped pieces!

Animal Farm

These are out of control with coolness.

The label is "HAOSHI" (Est 2009) and all these incredible pieces of art are designed by Griffin a Taipei based designer. "Hao shi” means “good things”. Griffin believes that life is full of happy and interesting things. He tries to add a kind of purity/ peace into the design concept of his collections. Cool, huh? It's alot more than just a ring!

HOLLOW HOLLOW EYES

I checked my letter box today and there was a cute surprise from Brisbane blogger Kelsey, from Afraid To Die Young. It was an earcuff with a wing and cross dangling from it. I absolutely love it. It is my style all over - she must know me too well!

Kelsey is currently working on her online store for her jewellery line, which she is hoping to launch in July! I can not wait to see it! In the mean time you should check out her blog or follow her on twitter here.

I pretended there was a gun to my head and I only had a few seconds to choose... You know that thing where someone says "gun to your head" while making a pretend gun with their fingers?

The fire still burns

My two best friends came knocking/ buzzing on my door this morning with early birthday gifts! I now am a mummy to two new fishies called Harri and Emma (named after the girls of course). They are ridiculously cute and now our other fish Ralph has some buddies to blow bubbles with. They also gave me this AWESOME Mimco bracelet- they know me way to well. The shop assistant asked if she could help them and they said "Ally is hard to buy for but when we see something that's her we'll definitely know..." I am so in love with my bracelet! The funny thing is I saw it at Xmas but didn't buy it- But they didn't know that til now.

They're the greatest girls and i'm so lucky to have them as friends! Can't wait for dinner and drinks tonight! Ah, i have butterflies I'm so excited.

VERAMEAT COLLECTION

These little babies are hand-crafted in New York City. Aren't they awesome? The best thing is you don't have to go hungry for a month just to afford them. Each piece is so wearable. I couldn't pick a favourite! I am becoming more drawn to delicate rings at the moment. Don't get me wrong- I still love my big chunky statement rings, but there's something about the fine details of the smaller jewelery that is appealing to me more and more. I am thinking about picking up a couple of the eco-friendly (recycled silver and pure 14k gold) rings when pay day arrives!

We cannot wish for what we know not.

I am more tired then when i went away! I didn't think that was possible, but somehow i am. I am glad to be home ( my holiday was very good though). Nothing beats your own bed after nights in an unfamiliar room. And nothing beats your own shower. So good. Back to reality.


My camera is currently M.I.A, not really, it's with my boyfriend today. He has custody of it. I thought i would post pictures of certain goods i would like to purchase. After work today, i thought I'd tease myself and look at my favourite online stores. Window shopping online is worse than actual window shopping because you always find unique accessories that people you know don't have or you find the shoes you have been drooling over for weeks and you just continue to drool. Drooling over my favourite shoes and accessories is what i do best at the moment. I wish i was a heiress to a multimillion dollar company just so i could fix my shopping addiction and buy everything i have ever dreamed of. I figure that would also fix my drooling habit too.
