Valentina Vos is a Netherlands based photographer. Her work has been featured in the likes of Frankie, Dujour, Bambi, Omit, I Love Fake, Glossy, See Like Me. And it's no wonder. Her photos are stunning. I'm so glad I stumbled across her work because I absolutely love it.
I was drawn to this lot of photos purely because of the name "Alexandra" (I'm sure you all realise that's my full name by now - if you didn't well now you do).
Valentina Vos has a book One Seventy Four - she photographed 23 young models. During these photo-shoots she tried to let the girls be themselves instead of the models they are supposed to be. Almost all photos have been left untouched through out the book - she wanted to showcase natural beauty.

Some really fun/geometric necklaces by Après Ski. I love the shimmering gold and silver against the mother of pearl, the soft pale blue and the deep pink. This collection seems to be priced well at around ₤40 - I was totally surprised with this price, so this make me like them that little bit more! The diamond shaped necklace (bottom right image) is their take of an ice-cream!
In another collections from Apres Ski, you will find cute delicate animals and various objects from nature - they're still okay, but i am completely in love with the geometric shaped pieces!

Florals are fast becoming a regular print in my wardrobe! If you had have asked me a year or two ago if i'd wear them all the time I would have said no as I felt too girly and prissy when I wore them. If I did wear floral prints I had to team them with something "grungey". Now I love feeling polished. And I love wearing a dress and heels or tailored pants, structured top and heels.
I picked up these heels today. I was looking for some heels to wear to my brother wedding. It's a vintage wedding and it's on property so stilettos would have got me weeding rather than walking. These floral wedges are absolutely perfect for the occasion. I didn't go shopping with a set idea as I knew I'd look past something beautiful if I had a particular colour in mind. These were so cheap too, as Steve Madden had a 25% sale today!! Love a bargain!

Have a rad weekend! I had a massive day working (shooting). The photographer was lovely and the clothing the stylist pulled was so pretty. But way too hot for today's heat. I went out for tapas and wine tonight and am just about to watch movies but I wanted to do a really quick post cos I've been slack lately!
